Returns

We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Due to hygiene and quality reasons, used or worn jewellery is not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged due to misuse, water, perfume, or chemicals.
Slight color variations due to lighting or screen resolution.
Products purchased during sale or discount offers (unless damaged).

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days after approval.
The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange

Exchange is allowed only for damaged or wrong products, subject to stock availability.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us with your order ID, product images, and issue details within 48 hours of delivery.

Important Note

All our jewellery is anti-tarnish and suitable for daily wear, but proper care is required to maintain its shine and quality.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any return request based on product inspection.
